Stack fault exception when application cores execute interrupt handlers

When the ISTs are used, the interrupts fail to work. The all cores (besides the bsp for some reason) raise an exception right before executing the handler. It seems to work with ists disabled (or when mapping less physical memory), on all cores.... https://github.com/Moldytzu/mOS
