If you have a Apple developer certificate or have the inclination to Sideload (google it if you don’t know what it is) you can now use Apollo with your own API key.

Assuming most folks do not pay for a developer account (I have one, but I expect most people to not have one) you can basically use one or both friendly UI options to sideload: altserver mentioned above or sideloadly.
