I made my own syntax and implemented it as a Tree-sitter grammar, so I can easily build things on top of it. Some of the tools are interactive, and fx. my task manager is always running and at a keybind away, it's at around 2:20 on the video on this page. The syntax itself combines indent and non-indent-based rules. \ I think your best out-of-the-box bet is Neorg right now.

It allows synchronization between devices by setting up your own {https://taskwarrior.org/docs/taskserver/setup/}(taskserver) or using {https://inthe.am/}(third party tools).
I like logseq for knowledge management and tasks. And since it's all plain markdown files they are easy to quickly open and search in nvim. https://github.com/jakewvincent/mkdnflow.nvim is really nice for this because it can follow the internal links and create new pages.
