  1. sydent

    Sydent: Reference Matrix Identity Server

There have been decentralized social network such as Mastodon and Matrix. Though, both lacks of user adoption due to confusing user experience and hard to scale since most of them are public goods fully run on altruism

  3. status-mobile

a free (libre) open source, mobile OS for Ethereum

I have waiting for about a year for Lens Protocol to become available to everyone and official, but the news hasn't yet come. In Ethereum's website, it recommends other decentralized social networks too like Status.im, Mirror.xyz, and even talks about Twitter. What's the progress happening in the field, and which one is going to become popular in your opinion? Has any of them become popular among users who are already using it?

  4. Movim

    Movim - Decentralized social platform

Let me put it in another way: of all the existing projects out there, which one does actually bring material benefit to the users and publishers compared with, e.g, Mastodon, Matrix, Movim or Nostr?

NOTE: The number of mentions on this list indicates mentions on common posts plus user suggested alternatives. Hence, a higher number means a more popular project.
