Timers have changed my life and helped keep me on track. I set countdown timers for EVERYTHING. When I get dressed I set a timer. When I watch TV I set a timer. So I spent the last 11 months building something to help others stay on track. Yes, it has timers..lots of them. Hope it's helpful
