SurveyJS
Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.
On some aircraft, you can have it import points you add on the F10 map directly to the airplane's nav system, but not all modules support that. Since you're referring to the SLAM-ER, I assume you're talking about the F-18, which doesn't have a way to automatically import points from the F10 map or preflight mission map (only points that were created for the plane in the mission editor will be in the nav system when you spawn in). However you can use a program like DCS The Way to select points on the map and then it can automatically type them into the plane for you.
