How to retrieve informations ?

I tried https://textpattern.com/ but I'm not happy with it, it's cumbersome, since it requires a LAMP setup, but the biggest problem is that I have difficulties in browsing and retrieving the information that I put in, in an efficient way. There are no good themes and there are no basic features like exporting to a different file format or any export function at all.
