  • InfluxDB - Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale
  • WorkOS - The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS
  • SaaSHub - Software Alternatives and Reviews
  • middleware

    TrueNAS CORE/Enterprise/SCALE Middleware Git Repository

  • For storage options, most people either purchase a NAS (network attached storage) or re-purpose an older computer using either TrueNAS or unraid. If you're looking to just purchase one, the most popular brand is synology, but their models can be a bit pricey.

  • docker

Docker - the open-source application container engine (by microsoft)

  • Right now there's two options I would recommend setting up for the actual streaming of your totally legally acquired media. The main service you'll see most people using these days is Plex, but there is a also an open source alternative, JellyFin. Both of these are fairly easy to set up, although I would recommend doing so in a linux virtual machine (also easy to set up, but I won't go into detail here), especially if you want to deploy it via docker. There's a bit of a learning curve with docker deployment, but its fairly straightforward once you get the hang of it.

  • InfluxDB

Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.

  • docker-qBittorrentvpn

Docker container which runs a headless qBittorrent client with WebUI and optional OpenVPN (by MarkusMcNugen)

  • In terms of downloading your "Linux ISO's" automatically, I highly recommend setting up a qbittorent/vpn combo docker container, such as this one. There's also an entire set of programs with docker containers youll see referred to as the "*arr" stack, which help to manage your collection, as well as automatically download your selected media as it becomes available. These are a bit trickier to set up, but once you have everything configured and running, they are a godsend.
