SurveyJS
Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.
This project - www.fciv.net is the only effort to create a beautiful 3D version of Freeciv. So Fciv.net is the only development project for creating the Freeciv 3D version. Everything is open source, so it could be ported back to upstream Freeciv. However in practice all improvements from upstream Freeciv (Freeciv C server) are ported to Fciv.net to be make Freeciv and Fciv.net in sync.
The repository seems different from the official one (freecivweb) , I encountered this a while ago and didn't see any documented differences, is this a fork? (meant to be different from the official repository?) If it is what are the differences?
