On software side I make config.h for general app confoguration and module config header file where I put all hardware based confoguration. Here's example with WIP project - https://github.com/silvio3105/3DCLK-FW/tree/master/Core/Inc Check FWConfig.h and FWConfigs folder. Every part of the project has its own folder. I'll share pictures later when I come home.
