As another user said, use Elite Observatory with the BioInsights plugin. Having it open on another monitor is a bonus for quick referencing. Open, hit 'start scan' and let it do its thing as you go from system to system. This is what I did in the past 2 days after not playing for a year and I made close to 800 mil in about 3-4 hours or so, not counting the initial journey out and figuring out some tooling.
