    Use an avatar keyboard like this one and send your own OSC messages out of VRChat to a TTS app that can receive them. You'd likely have to write your own, so this is the most involved option, and the keyboard's many, many contacts aren't going to be great for the avatar's perfomance ranking, but it'd be the most direct option (and currently on my backlog of things to attempt)
