SurveyJS
Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.
Another interesting option is a relatively new selector library called https://github.com/dai-shi/proxy-memoize , which has the ability to track exactly which fields get accessed, and only return a new reference if those accessed fields have changed. To be honest I haven't used it myself in a real app, but it looks very promising.
