Not that I've seen. People mostly produce enclosures and then list them for sale. On the DIY end, it's so easy to make a simple rectangular box that there's almost no reason to bother with things like group buys. Mostly what you'll see is people doing group buys for 3D printing, PCB assembly, etc for things like jfedor's Flatbox, mostly because PCB manufacturing typically has a MOQ greater than 1.
I'm a fan of using aluminium extrusions & laser-cut aluminium panels.
