You could also try Alex's firmware as he figured out exactly what was going on and fixed the root cause (I'm not sure stock version has but not used it in so long). This is how to install but use the .bin file from here instead.
A lot of progress has been made getting the H32 chip to work on newer firmwares like Mriscoc ProUI as Alex has stopped updating his. It is still in progress for the H32 so keep an eye on that for updates, or you can use the test version.
