Legion Toolkit (Windows): https://github.com/BartoszCichecki/LenovoLegionToolkit - uses WMI methods
Lenovo Legion Linux (Linux): https://github.com/johnfanv2/LenovoLegionLinux - tool developed by me to control it in Linux - writes to embedded controller to control the fans, but uses a slightly other method; I have seen some models, depending on BIOS version, where it was not possible at all. If you test it with it you can at least check if it is possible to control it at all.
