JB2A has a lot of animated spell effects. Not so much animated things though. You can get some of them for free, but I think most are available through Patreon.

Have you looked at Jinker's Animated Art? Not sure what is in the free module vs his patreon, but it think it was more than just spell effects. https://github.com/jinkergm/JAA
