If my ESP32 is being powered by a 5V power supply through the 5V Vin pin, can I simultaneously output 3.3V to some other peripherals in the system that require 3.3Volts

Obviously you want to avoid this, but after writing a graphics library htcw_gfx and writing a ton of drivers for many different displays, I've never had any issues running the backlight off the ESP32's 3.3v pin when plugged into USB, or even on LiPO.
