I suppose all of you, dear colleagues work or at least know about VSCode. Did you think about the technologies used in VSCode creation? You probably will be surprised if I tell you that VSCode is mainly written on Typescript. But stop... Typescript and Javascript are typical for web or backend-based applications, and VSCode is a standalone UI application. Is it possible to create a Javascript-based standalone UI application?
