Correct way to flash Miryoku layout onto Skeletyl keyboard?

  Miryoku is an ergonomic, minimal, orthogonal, and universal keyboard layout.

I have looked at "https://github.com/manna-harbour/miryoku/discussions/81" and am not sure which applies to the keyboard I built. Mine is an old V3 model from 2021 that used the elite C.
