Ninde_NPC
Lady Ninde Amblecrown, the evil Necromancer with a tongue like a guillotine, formidable magical skill and a matching ego, can be found in Bodhi's lair only if the PC sides with Aran Linvail. Her romance boasts some more mature content.
NPC mods will depend a LOT on your personal taste, but some of my favorites are: Angelo, Isra (& Isra for BG2), Adrian, Kelsey, Xan, Ninde. This is a very subjective list, but I feel these are all well-made mods that fit reasonably well with the game. Note that if you install more than 1 NPC mod, you'll want to install this crossmod pack so that the mod characters will actually talk with one another.

The Item Upgrade Mod Pack allows Cromwell and Cespenar to upgrade more items for you. Half of them are conveniences, the other half try to prop up weapon categories that are "weak" by comparison (e.g., maces and clubs).
