Starting a new delivery app project

  The fastest way to make a powerful JSON:API compatible Rest API with Laravel.

  

What would you recommend between API Platform (Symfony), pure Symfony, or some Laravel package for Rest APIs like laravel-restify ? I researched a lot and found out a lot of pros and cons for both, I don't plan any major features excepting of basic CRUDs and how any other delivery app works. In the future, I also plan to have a mobile version of the app that will consume the same API.
