Move and resize windows on macOS with keyboard shortcuts and snap areas
If you are new to macOS I suggest downloading Rectangle, it's a free app that adds a lot of functionalities when it comes to window management, and it's also really handy if you have a multi-monitor setup. Learn the main keybindings and you'll wonder how you even used your Mac before that.
