Google Search results suddenly showing my real location at the bottom of various browsers and across various devices even when running a VPN router and location services DISABLED on computer - Did google release some sort of update?

  Check if your VPN leaks your IP address via the WebRTC technology

go enable it, open a new browser window and visit https://ip.voidsec.com/ . if you see an IP that isnt your VPN's IP then yeah it can.

Disable WebRTC is the one i used and so far it's done exactly what it promised
