Swapping X/O buttons in the system save/load menu of Japanese games only

  taiHEN plugin for swapping X and O buttons on PSVita

I'm playing through Trails in the Sky Evolution trilogy on my Vita and I just got the button swap mod to use with SC and 3rd. It mostly works but during the save and load menu, the buttons revert back to O for confirm and X for cancel which is annoying. I have my Henkaku settings set for O to be cancel and my console is a 1000 US model. US released games all work fine.

That's just the nature of Japanese games, where O is accept and X is cancel. Maybe this older plugin does not work well, maybe something like revita can work for you. But it's a bit bloated for just one game, maybe just getting used to using the reverse in the menus would be another option.

LOLIcon. This is mostly an overclock plugin but it does include an X-O swap on a game by game basis that works in the save menu. A bit janky and there are better overclock plugins now, but they don't tend to include this feature. There might also be Adrenaline problems but I just can't remember.
