That would be unfruitful. Why don't just distribute the binary file and use the https://github.com/Authenticator-Extension/Authenticator extensions like in my Github. The current 'server' only makes POST requests to Duo website. He can simply do that in extension context. Extensions having cross-origin permission can do that. Or make user click a link, go to Duo web page, now we are in the same origin context, thus the extension can initiate requests on behalf of the web origin that the content script has been injected into.
