Only on Firefox. Chrome and Chromium-based browsers do not provide extensions with a way comparable to Firefox's for uncloaking these DNS records. Brave's built in adblocker does CNAME uncloaking too, but it's extremely lacking in customisation options. The only additional filterlists you can subscribe to are from a list Brave provides. There's a section to add your own custom filters but nobody's going to keep copy and pasting filterlists of their own into that.
