Forgot about that! I run Klipper so it's as easy as changing it in the config file... Not sure if the original firmware would work... MIGHT be able to change it with M851 X-46.8 Y 0 followed by M500 (https://www.3dprintbeast.com/set-x-y-z-offsets-with-m851-g-code/). Not sure if it would save permanently to the firmware or if you would have to put it in your start GCode in your slicer, but would be worth trying if you're trying to stick with the original Creality Firmware. If you're up for switching to a nicer firmware (IMO) with little work, try the mriscoc firmware (https://github.com/mriscoc/Ender3V2S1) that's shown in the OP photo. With that firmware, you can permanently change the X and Y offset for your probe and it's as easy as loading it onto the memory card you already use for files. Either way, Good Luck!
Klipper can be a big jump but Kiauh (https://github.com/th33xitus/kiauh) makes it pretty darn easy once you get used to it. I had an old laptop laying around, installed Linux on it, and have been enjoying Klipper for about 4 months now. Routinely get 4-5 times faster prints with no quality loss.
