There is a well known and heavily used PS Script called Decrapifier that does the job https://github.com/n1snt/Windows-Decrapifier.
I have used https://github.com/Sycnex/Windows10Debloater with great success using their sysprep script. Got rid of bunch of appx that no one asked for but also the shortcuts etc. Of course use at own risk etc but i can give it a thumbs up.
