SurveyJS
Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.
I launched CoverLetterGPT.xyz about two weeks ago and already have over 300 users w/ payments via stripe checkout, email notifications with sendGrid, cron jobs, and of course the GPT API. From the beginning, I knew I was going to open-source the app as I saw it as more of a learning expirement than a viable business, so you can find all the code here.
On that note, the tools I used to build this app definitely helped me build it quickly. I used the PERN stack; Postgres, Express, React, and Node, via a full-stack framework called Wasp which gets things done fast and with less code. I tackled the UI with Chakra-ui, whose React components make UI a lot easier and keep things looking fresh. I integrated the Stripe API for payments, and of course the OpenAI API for generating the cover letters. The server and Postgres instances are hosted on https://railway.app, which is my favorite way to spin up databases quickly. All the configuration and setup are explained in the README file on GitHub, but if you have any questions feel free to drop me a line here or on twitter: https://twitter.com/hot\_town
