  • Beyond that, you could do better on the layout. If you're familiar with LaTeX, it may be worth the investment to create a resume using it. Overleaf has some great templates, they're all free, and in general I found that my response rate improved a lot when I ditched the MS Word appearance for something cleaner like the Russell template.
