Set column width across sections
I am using the Russel Resume CV Template. I have a couple of columns defined using the cvskill command to define a couple of sections. Within the section, the spaces between the skilltype and the skillset column is defined by the longest column plus 1ex tabcolsep.

Looking for Business Analyst role after graduation and applied like crazy (300+), I got a few interviews and no offer. Would someone be able to give me some advice on improving my CV?
Beyond that, you could do better on the layout. If you're familiar with LaTeX, it may be worth the investment to create a resume using it. Overleaf has some great templates, they're all free, and in general I found that my response rate improved a lot when I ditched the MS Word appearance for something cleaner like the Russell template.
