  3. ngs

    Next Generation Shell (NGS)

There are number of new ones coming out ...and I'm curious of https://github.com/ngs-lang/ngs. As a language nerd, have you seen that?

  4. Fennel

    Lua Lisp Language

Well, I'm a lisp nerd who happens to like the Lua runtime, but my main weapon of choice is Fennel: https://fennel-lang.org As such I use a shell that's written in lisp, because shell languages (as you've noted) tend to be terrible: https://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual/html_node/eshell/

  5. luastatic

Build a standalone executable from a Lua program.

Do you use sr or https://github.com/ers35/luastatic or some othere tool?
