    • I'm on Windows 11. I've tried disabling MPO and ULPS. I've also used the TDR Tweak tool, which seems to have merely extended the amount of time spent at the "video stalls" step from a couple seconds to around five or so. I've disabled FreeSync and Variable Refresh Rate and Game mode.
