Step 4: Download this. It's a VPK, which is kinda like an APK for Android, an IPA for iOS, or an EXE for Windows, except VPK's are for the Vita.

Step 8: When it's installed, open it, go to Vita Plugins, Install Plugins, and scroll down with the left analog stick (going down with the d-pad is a lot slower), and try to find "udcd_uvc". Install it, (don't install udcd_uvc LCD/OLED! it makes the screen on your Vita black so you can only see the screen output on your computer!) and press Start. Your Vita should reboot, and now plug it in to your PC/laptop, open your video recorder of choice (i use obs studio), then just add your camera, and it should have an option called "PSVita", and choose that!
