If you don't like PWA Builder I'd look at Bubblewrap it's made by Google to make an Android app out of a PWA.
There is https://capacitorjs.com/ which is fairly well used. I've only ever tried it with a traditional single page app and it works well for that. Never tried it with sveltekit.
