I replicated more of the behavior of the first https://github.com/albertored11/bsptab implementation in a `bsptab-rs transfer` command. If you're used to i3 tabs, that'll probably be relatively similar to what you might want

I really liked the original bsptab implementation and have been using a personal fork for a few years now. To fix any buggyness and the slowdown, I rewrote it in rust.
