seing that the question of a note-taking apps is foreever on the table, I'd like to present to you [Journal Startpage](https://github.com/sapristi/journal-startpage/) - a browser extension (only Firefox for now - chrome publication in progress) that transforms your browser new-tab into a full note-taking app. The focus was to have something that allows to quickly take notes, and doesn't get in your way - with customizable theming.

To make a docker image you could just fetch those files, put them in a container with nginx and have a container for this.
