  • git-annex-remote-rclone

Use rclone supported cloud storage providers with git-annex

  • You can also use rclone with git-annex: https://github.com/git-annex-remote-rclone/git-annex-remote-rclone

  • gocryptfs

Encrypted overlay filesystem written in Go

  • I think the fundamental issue seem to maybe be the changing inode numbers with things like gocryptfs. Git annex needs those to be static as far as I can tell.
