    • Good First Issue is a good site showing some fixes that beginners can look at, although when I was starting out even those ones looked quite complicated. In my experience it's helpful to seek out a project that has a friendly community around it as they will tend to be able to help you out and guide you through your first submissions - Google Summer of Code might help you out with that, although I personally haven't tried that so can't comment on it.
