Sony has an API for retrieving details of the PlayStation Stars service including the progress and rewards an account has earned, but there is no public documentation for using it. This is an attempt at documenting the API by capturing the requests made by the PlayStation App.

I'm basing this on how the campaigns have been seen to behave (credit to u/the_andshrew for their work documenting the Stars API). I'm writing this from a technical background and having worked at companies operating on a similar scale to Sony, but will do my best to keep this readable for a general audience.
