    TangPrimer-20K-example project

    • The DDR3 chip that is on the board I've got is H5TQ1G63EFR-PBC. It appears that the DDR3 test example from TangPrimer-20K-example does not have the "Memory Interface" IP configured properly for this chip (for example the "Raw Address" is 14 instead of 13, which I gather from the datasheet, which is causing one extra bit in the address, which the author of the code seem to be wondering about per the comments in the code). Not speaking of timing parameters, which seem to be default and way off. Unfortunately the datasheet does not provide all the parameters as they appear in the IP wizard, and I am not very familiar with DDR3 terminology. Can anyone more familiar with this stuff give the correct configuration for this chip ?
