    • You don't need a json file with Ryujinx, it relies on AmiiboAPI; in my limited experience Ryujinx should show only the relevant Amiibos in the list, my only exception was FE Engage immediately upon release, possibly because it wasn't updated yet? Still, selecting manually the relevant Fire Emblem Amiibos worked.

    • Yes, it works only with an internet connection. There's a pull request for using local json files, but it's not been merged yet and as far as I can tell the build available is fairly dated (I suppose it might still work well depending on the game, though). Alternatively I guess you could move your saves between Ryujinx and Yuzu, but that's not very practical if you have to use the Amiibo feature daily.
