I should have been more detailed - I always have been able to connect to the modem (192.168.100.1) however I was using the prometheus-moto-exporter application from https://github.com/jahkeup/prometheus-moto-exporter to automate the process of reading the corrected/uncorrected errors on the downstream. This app uses the HPNA protocol to communicate with the modem. This protocol was enabled in the prior firmware of the cable modem but since the recent upgrade to it does not seem to be enabled anymore. There is a spectrum analyzer on the modem now (pretty useful) but no way to automate the collection of stats from the modem now. I'm looking for some alternatives if there are any. thanks
