For the most part my maps are similar to early D&D maps, just floorplans and icons. I mostly use Mipui: https://www.mipui.net/. It is rapid, free, and has just enough features to represent most dungeons I run. It has a hard time representing caverns. They can be done, but expect approximations of a cavern rather than detailed squiggly lines.
