How to harden security on Brave?

I don't know how this one compares to Arkenfox, but from my limited understanding, it seems it's more/less of an out-of-the-box Arkenfox experience.

BTW, you can use NoScript, it makes things easier, but you can use Adblocker to do the same and better, just manually better. But Brave is adding NoScript to the list of Manifestv2 you can install from settings, so you won't lose it when Chrome extensions store doesn't allow anymore MV2 extensions.
