I've actually done that. I manage a free m3u IPTV playlist of legal, publicly available streams from around the world. I have every Pluto, Plex, Samsung and Stirr channel. I have public access channels from across the US. I have 100 music video channels from around the world. There's a section for Mexican, Colombian, and Argentinean tv. Pretty sure that list has about 1600 channels total. EPG is 1005 complete for things like Pluto, Plex, etc. Everything else where there is no EPG has a dummy EPG in its place. It's based mostly off this list.
