There is Fugu15 which is a "jailbreak" in the sense, but not usable for most users as it does not have tweak injection. I have not really been following on development of that front, but I thought I heard someone was working on tweak injection for Fugu15. There is also TrollStore which you said you're using already, it is definitely great if you don't have a jailbreak. You can sign apps like uYouPlus without revoke, and there are even some customization options by means of apps like TrollTools.
