I'm currently doing something similar. If you can, request a data package from reddit from your entire stay on the platform or a specific period. After that, open the saved_posts.csv file (If I recall that's whats it is called) and copy the links from the posts you want to download (Note: you might have posts which may be deleted, best thing for those is to manually download them by searching the links in Internet's Archive WayBack Machine tool). Then, download this app https://github.com/josephrcox/easy-reddit-downloader and follow the setup instructions. When its done setting up, follow these instructions https://github.com/josephrcox/easy-reddit-downloader#downloading-from-a-post-list-download-specific-urls and you should be on your way. It might take a while if you got many posts that you want to archive.
