SurveyJS
Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.
I HIGHLY recommend checking out Vite (https://vitejs.dev). It just got stable and is framework agnostic. Also supports react.
That was my original thoughts, I've done Django before so the whole templating process is very familiar with me. I was looking into using Express and Pug or nunjucks instead of going down an SPA route. I might go with NextJS but it'll look if the overhead of learning the framework will benefit my platform.
